Job Overview
ART:DIS is seeking a capable and purpose-driven Finance Business Partner to lead our organization’s grant stewardship and budgets , performance management and analytics across ART:DIS's rapidly expanding operations. As we scale our impact, diversify income streams, and manage increasingly complex programmes-including the growth of ART:DIS Studio-this role will ensure sound financial decision-making, effective grant stewardship, and long-term sustainability.
As a registered charity and Institution of a Public Character (IPC), ART:DIS is accountable to multiple regulatory authorities including the Commissioner of Charities (COC), Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth (MCCY), and funding bodies such as the Cultural Matching Fund (CMF).
Job Title: Finance Business Partner
Key Responsibilities:
- Grant Management & Fund Stewardship
- Track expenses, budget utilization, ensure compliance and prepare reports for all grant budgets and funder requirements
- Generate grant reports, ensuring timely and accurate submission of impact and financial reports to funders.
- Work closely with program teams to track program deliverables, ensuring compliance with funder requirements.
- Collaborate with finance and program teams to monitor budget utilization and ensure funds are used as per grant agreements.
- Oversee audit queries and compliance matters related to grants
- Establish Performance Visibility and Insight
- Design and implement meaningful, relevant KPIs across programmes, fundraising, outreach, and operations.
- Lead the coordination of impact reporting for annual report and related communications, directly extracting and consolidating data as needed.
- Provide comparative year-on-year analysis to track ARTDIS’s progress, impact, and sustainability.
- Establish centralize Data and Reporting Infrastructure:
- Set up tools, systems, and infrastructure to consolidate disparate data into a central database with strong hygiene and controls.
- Enable automated, routine performance reporting and dashboards.
- A highly competent Finance who brings corporate depth and maturity and is motivated to apply your expertise toward social purpose and impact.
- A recognized degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of post-graduation experience, gained from well-established companies with strong operational standards.
- A proactive and hands-on team member who thrives in challenging environments with good soft skills.
- Excellent analytical skills in finance and analytics with experience in grants reporting.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate across all levels.
- While prior experience in the non-profit or social service sector is not required, a strong desire to apply corporate experience toward purpose-driven impact is essential.
