We are looking for a Senior Supply Chain Specialist to support end-to-end supply chain operations, with a focus on operational coordination, stakeholder management, order fulfilment, and supply chain governance. This role serves as a central point of coordination between internal business units to ensure smooth execution, timely delivery, and business-critical information flow.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate closely with Sales, Customer Service, Planning and Logistics teams to manage urgent and complex orders
- Provide timely and accurate updates to internal stakeholders on order status, escalations and supply chain issues
- Support operational coordination and resolve supply chain disruptions through effective stakeholder communication
- Generate, analyse and maintain reports from multiple systems, track KPIs and support performance reporting
- Support regulatory and certification compliance activities, including documentation and audit readiness
- Coordinate repacking / operational control processes and ensure process accuracy and compliance
- Organise and support divisional activities and continuous improvement initiatives
- Monitor supply chain visibility, governance and service delivery performance
