About the Role

Join our client, a biotechnology company. You will be part of a fast-paced team focused on impactful healthcare solutions. You’ll support marketing projects, events, and operations, collaborating with cross-functional teams like Commercial, Medical, and Legal.

Key Responsibilities

Event Coordination: Plan and organize webinars and marketing events and Handle logistics: venues, vendor contracts, speaker arrangements, and payments
Marketing Assets & Logistics: Manage inventory and ship materials overseas & Prepare documents for customs and ensure materials are current
Marketing Operations & Admin: Create event invites and process purchase orders & Help coordinate speaker programs and physician engagement

Qualifications

Degree in Marketing, Business, or Life Sciences
2–3 years of experience in event coordination and admin support
Strong in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable
Great communicator with strong time management skills
