Job Description:

Position Summary: The Sales Consultant will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, understanding their unique needs, and recommending smart home solutions that best fit their lifestyles. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge, sales acumen, and exceptional customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Engagement:
  • Meet with potential clients to understand their smart home requirements.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Provide detailed demonstrations of smart home products and technologies.
  1. Sales Process Management:
  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline through proactive lead generation and follow-up.
  • Prepare and present customized sales proposals to clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed targets.
  1. Technical Expertise:
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest smart home technologies and trends.
  • Advise clients on the best products and configurations to achieve their desired outcomes.
  • Work closely with the technical team to ensure seamless installation and integration of smart home systems.
  1. Customer Service:
  • Provide exceptional post-sales support, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing any issues promptly.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with clients, encouraging repeat business and referrals.
  1. Collaboration:
  • Work with marketing to develop strategies for attracting new clients.
  • Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of sales strategies and processes.

Qualifications:

  • Experience as a Sales Consultant or similar role, preferably in the smart home or technology industry.
  • Strong understanding of smart home technologies and solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Proficiency in MS Powerpoint and other sales tools.
  • High level of self-motivation and a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
