• Location: Woodlands Heights
• Salary:
• Production Technician: $2,000 – $2,500 (1-month completion bonus)
• Senior Production Technician: $2,800 – $3,500 (1-month completion bonus)

• Morning: 7:30am – 4:30pm
• Afternoon: 3:30pm – 12:30am +$15 per shift
• Night: 11:30pm – 8:30am +$25 per shift

Job Scope:

• Execute mechanical assembly, testing, and fault diagnosis of equipment in accordance with technical requirements.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and specifications to ensure accurate build.
• Support production activities and New Product Introduction (NPI) projects to meet delivery timelines.
• Conduct inspections on parts and sub-assemblies to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Collaborate with the Engineering team to enhance product performance and optimize processes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.
• Maintain strict compliance with workplace safety and operational procedures.
• For senior-level responsibilities: assist with production planning, coordination, and preparation of operational report

Requirements:

• Diploma in Engineering or related technical field.
• At least 5 years of experience in semiconductor or manufacturing environments.
• Proficient in interpreting technical drawings, mechanical diagrams, and electrical schematics.
• Hands-on experience in mechanical assembly, equipment testing, and troubleshooting.
• Comfortable working in cleanroom settings and environments.
• Able to handle manual tasks, including lifting up to 23 kg and climbing ladders
• Skilled in operating hand tools, power tools, and precision measurement instruments
