As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a passionate Interior Design Assistant to support our design team in delivering thoughtful, high-quality spaces for our clients.
✨ What You’ll Do
As our Interior Design Assistant, you will support our Lead Designer or/and Director throughout the entire project lifecycle:
Design & Concept Development- Assist in preparing mood boards, material palettes, and design concepts.
- Help create 2D drawings and 3D visualization walkthroughs.
- Research materials, furniture, finishes, and design trends.
- Support Lead Designer or Director with site measurements, site photos and documentation.
- Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and vendors on samples, pricing, and lead times.
- Help prepare project quotations, presentations, and client meeting materials.
- Organize and update project folders, schedules, and design databases.
- Assist in ordering materials and managing sample catalogues.
- Support general day-to-day tasks to ensure smooth workflow within the design team.
- What We’re Looking For
- Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field (fresh grads welcomed).
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar design software.
- Passionate about interior design with good aesthetic sense and attention to detail.
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Willingness to learn and grow with the team.
