Mon–Thu: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM | Fri: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $2,580/month

About the Role:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Executive Support Temp to assist with administrative tasks, student support, event coordination, and design work. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop is required to handle creative tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general administrative duties and manage the counter.
Assist students with walk-ins, requests, and photo uploads for concession card applications.
Support school events and programmes.
Design simple EDMs, posters, and other creative materials using Photoshop.
Handle a high volume of photos efficiently with attention to detail.
Complete ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

Singaporean applicants only.
Diploma in any field.
Minimum 6 months of design experience, particularly in Photoshop.
Proficient in Adobe Photoshop (basic photo editing, resizing, cropping).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Comfortable guiding students through processes such as uploading photos.
