Technical Support Engineer (3D Printing) - Bedok

• Perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing company products (Printers, Cutting Plotters, etc.) including software application.
• Provide technical support to dealers and customers on company products.
• Attend to customer's complaints and provide solutions that address their needs.
• Provide Technical Training to Oversea Dealers on company products.
• To record and submit all service data and reports properly as and when required.
• Logistic-related In-Out and Inventory management to ensure spare part availability.
• Collaborate with internal departments (marketing, sales, technical support) and external stakeholders (distributors, customers) to support pre-sales activities such as sample printing, promotion kit preparation, and machine specification testing.

• At least one year working experience in the same industry (printer related), no matter is dealer or manufacturer.
