The Opportunity:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering with 5 years of experience in Large Infrastructure

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full life cycle from drafting, evaluating, negotiating and executing various contracts.

The Job:

• Oversee existing and new rail large infrastructure projects.
• Your responsibilities include evaluating tenders, overseeing contracts, managing finances, and providing contract guidance to project teams.
• Administer various goods and services contracts, including cost estimation and preparing tender documents.
• Ensure compliance in IT, transport systems, and electrical/mechanical services contracts during tendering and administration.
• Comprehensive management of land transport infrastructure projects, including tender evaluation, contract administration, and payment processing.

The Talent:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
• Registered Board of Engineer
• Min 5 years of experience in large rail/road infrastructure and tunneling projects
