Non Destructive Testing Inspector (Ultrasonic / Magnetic Particle Testing)

Salary: Up to $3500 basic + bonus
Working Hours:
First 3 months: 7:30am – 5:00pm
After 3 months: 7:30am – 7:30pm (rotating shift every 2 weeks)
Night Shift Allowance: $14 per night
Bonus: AWS + Performance Bonus (approximately 2.5 months)

Key Responsibilities

Conduct NDT inspection on materials and semi-finished or finished products to ensure that the presence of flaws is detected
Perform and verify tests – PT (Liquid Penetrant Testing), UT (Ultrasonic Testing), MT (Magnetic Particle Testing)
Record and evaluate inspection results
Highlight any variances to the NDT Supervisor
Set up, maintain, and upgrade NDT equipment
Perform any other QA-related work or duties as assigned by the NDT Supervisor

Requirements

Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level / Secondary Education
ASNT Level I or II certification in Ultrasonic Testing (UT), Magnetic Particle Inspection (MT), and Liquid Penetrant Testing (PT) preferred
2–3 years of experience in Ultrasonic Testing and Magnetic Particle Inspection
Able to perform rotating shift work
