Program Coordinator / Program Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist the Program Manager in planning, tracking, and executing semiconductor programs.
2. Maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation, ensuring all milestones and deliverables are met.
3. Coordinate with engineering, operations, quality, and supply chain teams to facilitate smooth project execution.
4. Support partnership development and maintain effective communication with stakeholders.
5. Prepare reports, presentations, admin and program updates for internal teams and customers.
6. Monitor project risks and issues, escalating concerns to the Program Manager as needed.
7. Ensure all program documentation, records, and communications are accurate and up-to-date.
8. Support ad-hoc program-related tasks and initiatives to improve processes and operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience:

1. Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering, Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. 2–5 years of experience in project/program coordination within semiconductor manufacturing or a related technical environment.
3. Proficient in project management tools and MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
4. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Preferred:

• Experience with NPI (New Product Introduction) or product lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes and terminology.
• Basic understanding of risk management and project tracking metrics.
