Student Experience Teaching Assistant

My Masterclass is a specialized tuition centre in Singapore for JC, G3, and IP Math & Science.

We’re looking for a Student Experience Teaching Assistant to join our young and dynamic team. This is a great role for someone who wants to build a career in education operations while also getting hands-on exposure in the classroom.

What you’ll do

• Learn and manage the administrative system based on class schedules and make ups
• Handle simple parent and student enquiries in-person, via call, or WhatsApp
• adminstrative matters including but not limited to typing and improvement of teaching materials and worksheets

• Act as a teaching assistant for Math and Science classes, training will be provided
• Support tutors with classroom management and marking, prompt students leading questions to get marks
• Help maintain a positive and organised learning environment for students

• Detail-oriented with good organisational and typing skills
• Patient, friendly, and able to communicate well with students and parents
• Comfortable with basic admin systems and quick to pick up new software
• Interest in education and supporting student learning
• A level or poly graduates who are actively tutoring secondary school kids preferred.
