Location: Work-from-home & to sitesHours: Flexible schedule
Compensation: $1,000
Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day operations of residential (condo) properties
- Communicate with tenants regarding maintenance requests, rent collection, and lease renewals
- Coordinate maintenance and repair services with vendors
- Support lease documentation and filing
- Conduct property viewing and visits/inspections
- Maintain accurate records and reports
Requirements:
- Prior experience in property management, tenant management & administrative support preferred
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Savvy with technology
- Flexible schedule
