Position Summary

Stellar Link Partners is currently helping diversified group of companies in a search for a Group Head of IT/ IT Director / Senior IT Manager. The Head of IT is a leadership role responsible for shaping, executing, and governing the Group’s technology strategy across all business units.

This role requires a hands-on leader who will oversee IT operations, cybersecurity, enterprise systems including ERP, digital transformation initiatives, and technology risk management, ensuring that IT capabilities effectively support the client’s long-term growth, regulatory compliance, and operational resilience.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement the group’s IT strategy
Oversee the implementation and management of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
Integration of the ERP with CRM, WMS, TMS, etc
Design and develop Business Intelligence tools
Build and lead a high-performing IT team

Job Requirements

10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience
Strong experience in ERP, ideally MS Dynamics NAV or Business Central (BC)
Hands-on experience in BI tools like Jet Reports, Power BI, etc
Strong understanding of business processes like inventory management, procurement, logistics, finance, etc
Excellent stakeholder management skills
