The Role:

Join a high‑impact sales team focused on strategic, complex solution selling across ASEAN. As a member of the ASEAN Credit Solutions sales team, you will play a critical role in identifying and driving strategic, complex solution selling on large opportunities characterized by a complex combination of technical, business, financial and resource management obstacles within some of our largest clients.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Drive enterprise new‑logo and expansion revenue, meeting or exceeding quota.
  • Build and sustain C‑suite relationships (CEO, CFO, CRO, Heads of Risk).
  • Lead complex pursuits end‑to‑end: discovery → solution design → negotiation → close.
  • Orchestrate across Account Managers, Application Specialists, Product, and Legal to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasts in Salesforce; provide timely updates.
  • Stay current on market trends, regulations, and competitive landscape.

Core Skills and Requirements:

You are a results-driven, sales professional with a strong understanding of the commercial lending and Investment workflow and comparative solutions, well versed in selling complex, enterprise solutions to such clients. Additionally,
  • 8-12+ years of consultative sales experience, selling complex solutions to the institutional financial markets and multinational corporations in the Asia Pacific region
  • A comprehensive understanding of regulatory and credit risk / fixed income / credit markets gained via experience at financial institutions, asset managers or financial data / technology firms is highly desirable
  • A strong network of senior contacts in ASEAN financial markets is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, active listening, and confidence in delivering product demonstrations are essential
  • Interest in solving problems for clients through the delivery of financial solutions and analytical tools
  • Entrepreneurial mindset; demonstrates drive, initiative, energy, and sense of urgency
  • Work effectively in a team-based environment as well as independently
  • Desire and flexibility to learn and grow in an ever-changing environment
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required. MBA/CFA/CMA/MAppFin is a plus.
