What You’ll Be Doing- Drive Business Growth: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve commercial goals and expand market share.
- Lead with Clinical Insight: Leverage your experience in surgical environments to guide your team and gain clinical buy-in.
- Build Strategic Partnerships: Establish long-term, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders across hospitals and healthcare systems.
- Deliver Impactful Education: Conduct product training, demonstrations, and in-service sessions that turn interest into adoption.
- Be the Brand Ambassador: Represent our company at industry events, staying on top of market trends and competitor movements.
- Ensure Operational Excellence: Work cross-functionally to resolve product issues, manage inventory, and maintain seamless pre- and post-sales support.
- Inspire and Manage the Team: Motivate, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team to exceed performance targets.
- Degree or diploma in Nursing, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Medical Technology, or a related discipline
- 5+ years’ experience in sales, business development, or clinical support within the medical devices industry
- A hands-on leader who understands the field and leads with empathy and energy
- Ability to remain calm and confident in high-pressure surgical environments
- Strong communicator with a dynamic personality and a passion for people
- Results-driven, organized, and self-motivated with a high standard of excellence
