Business Development Manager (Sales) - Toa Payoh

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager. Your primary responsibilities will include driving strategic growth initiatives, building relationships, and handling prospecting and cold calling.

• Generate new sales and leads to drive revenue growth for the company
• Responsible for seeking new business opportunities through prospecting, qualifying leads, pitching and closing sales
• Develop and customise business proposals and conduct presentations to customers
• Manage strong client relationship through all phases of sales cycle and securing renewal of existing contracts
• To ensure delivery of services is in accordance to the contract.
• Monitor and track sales performances, pipeline activities, revenue forecasts
• Prepare sales quotations and tenders
• Achieve or exceed sales target & meet key performance metrics
• Supports the development and implementation of annual marketing plan, sales strategies and objectives

• Minimum Diploma in business/ marketing related discipline
• At least 2 years of sales / business development related work experience in a managerial position
• Knowledge of contact centres preferred
• Ability to think strategically, work independently, resourceful and have excellent time management
• Good negotiation and presentation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proven track records in sales and abilities to secure major business accounts
• Strong knowledge in business development, sales and marketing required
