Temp/ Part-time TCM Clinic Assistant

We are a modern TCM clinic focusing on women’s health and fertility, offering internship/ part-time employment for students/ adults aspiring to be in the healthcare sector.

• Assist with patients registration, appointments, enquiries and payment
• Prepare and dispense medications, manage clinic inventory and orders
• Maintain overall clinic cleanliness and smooth day-to-day operations
• Other admin duties as assigned

• Bilingual in English and Chinese, spoken and written
• Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal and customer service skills, prior customer service or clinical experience is an advantage
• Basic computer literacy, social media savvy a plus
• Working hours flexible Mon-Fri 9am-7pm, Sat 9am-1pm
