Job Overview

Support partner management activities and ensure operational excellence for assigned accounts excellence and maximizing revenue through the Company’s payment solutions.

Responsibilities:

Partner Support

Serve as primary contact for assigned partners.
Prepare weekly transaction reports and dashboards.
Coordinate partner training sessions.

Operations Management

Maintain updated partner documentation.
Assist with contract renewal preparations.
Prepare business reviews and growth proposals.
Assist in executing partner marketing campaigns.

Operational Excellence

Maintain partner health scorecards (NPS, usage metrics).
Ensure 100% compliance with the Company’s processes (MAS/PDPA).
Document best practices for knowledge sharing.

Market Intelligence

Monitor competitor activities monthly
Compile partner feedback for product team

Requirements:

2+ years in client-facing roles.
Basic payment industry knowledge.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Excel for performance tracking.
Strong organizational skills
