VP of IT Support - Tangspac

A Lead IT operations and support to ensure secure, reliable systems aligned with business needs.

Job Purpose:

Design and lead scalable technology solutions that solve complex business challenges across ASEAN markets.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily IT operations including systems, user support, maintenance, and issue resolution
2. Develop and enforce IT policies to ensure security, compliance, and operational stability
3. Partner with business teams to understand needs and deliver effective IT solutions
4. Manage IT vendors, budgets, and resources to ensure cost-effective service delivery
5. Lead and mentor IT support staff while driving continuous improvements and innovation

Job Requirements:

1. Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field with relevant experience
2. At least 7 years experience in IT support, infrastructure, or operations roles
3. Strong knowledge of networks, servers, end-user systems, and enterprise applications
4. Experience managing IT policies, security standards, and compliance frameworks in organisations
5. Good communication skills with ability to work across teams and stakeholders

Key Requirements:

1. Comfortable working independently in a standalone IT role
2. Experience managing vendors or external IT support providers
3. Financial services industry experience is a mandatory

The successful IT Support Lead (VP Level) must possess strong hands-on infrastructure experience, leadership capability, and the ability to manage IT operations independently.
