Field Service Engineer, Industrial Equipment (Hands On, OT required)

• Location: Gul Crescent
• Basic Salary: $2,800 – $3,500 (based on education and experience)
• Overtime (OT): Required and payable
• Working Hours: Mon–Fri, 8.15AM – 5.30PM
• Benefits: Annual Wage Supplement (AWS), Variable Bonus (VB), 14 days Annual Leave, Annual Salary Increment

• Lead and supervise a team of Field Service Technicians in daily service operations
• Perform hands-on troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of industrial cleaning equipment
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic faults and provide technical guidance to the team
• Support installation, commissioning, and servicing of new equipment
• Learn new equipment and technologies, and train technicians on proper servicing and maintenance procedures
• Plan and coordinate service schedules, manpower, and job assignments
• Ensure quality of work, safety standards, and timely completion of service jobs
• Provide on-site technical support and handle escalated service issues

• Min Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Strong hands-on experience in troubleshooting industrial equipment, including:
• AC and DC motors
• Single-phase and three-phase systems
• Lead acid and lithium batteries
• Electrical control circuits
• Hydraulic systems
• Prior experience leading or guiding technicians on-site
• Willing to remain hands-on while managing a team
• Min 3–5 years of relevant field service or maintenance experience in Singapore
• Local driving license is advantageous
