Subject Specialist cum Student Care Teacher (Primary English/Math/Science/Chinese)

This is a unique opportunity for experienced Student Care Teachers looking to step up into a more focused academic and enrichment teaching role.

We’re hiring experienced educators who can guide and inspire primary school students (P1–P6) in both academic learning and holistic development.

You’ll play a dual role — teaching MOE-aligned subjects (English, Math, Science, or Chinese) while also supporting daily student care routines in a vibrant after-school environment.

Key Responsibilities

Teach and support students in MOE Primary English, Math, Science, or Chinese
Guide students with homework and reinforce daily learning
Conduct enrichment activities focused on confidence, creativity, and values
Monitor student progress and address learning needs
Maintain a clean, engaging, and child-safe classroom
Build rapport with students and communicate effectively with parents
Ensure safety during centre transfers and daily routines
Assist with centre operations and ad-hoc tasks

Job Requirements

Diploma or higher in any discipline
Minimum 2 years of experience teaching or supporting primary-level students
Strong subject knowledge in English, Math, Science, or Chinese
Excellent communication and classroom management skills
Energetic, nurturing, and passionate about working with children
A team player with a proactive, growth-oriented mindset

Work Schedule

This role follows a predictable, structured rhythm — 5.5 days per week (Monday to Saturday mid-day), including fixed Saturday mornings (8:30am–12:30pm).

✅ No unexpected weekend duties

This allows for consistent planning, team coverage, and better work-life flow.
