Project Coordinator (Building/Construction/Plumbing) - Choa Chu Kang
- Location : Tuas
- Working hours : Monday-Friday 8.30am-5.30pm, if required to work on Saturdays 8.30am-12.30pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3500 + Variable Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave
- Duration : Permanent

Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage workmen/sub-contractors for execution
- Attend site/client coordination and safety meetings
- Provide simple progress updates
- Write basic emails for internal and external coordination
- Other ad-hoc activities assigned
Requirements:
- Min O Level
- Diploma in a related discipline from a BCA-recognized institution/Civil/Structural/Mechanical Engineering preferred
- Technical Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD; working knowledge of Revit/BIM
- Safety Skills: Familiarity with permit-to-work documentation and safety-planning formats
