Job Summary

This full-time, on-site Sales Associate role in Singapore involves assisting customers, conducting sales transactions, managing inventory, and supporting the team to deliver outstanding service in a luxury retail environment.

• Assist customers by responding accurately to inquiries and providing product information to enhance their shopping experience
• Conduct sales transactions in compliance with regulatory requirements to ensure smooth and lawful operations
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with clientele to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of luxury goods industry trends and product details to advise customers effectively
• Manage inventory by organizing stock and supporting stocktaking activities to maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team sales targets in a fast-paced retail setting
• Demonstrate attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain store presentation and operational efficiency
• Apply negotiation skills to close sales and maximize revenue opportunities
• Adapt proactively to changing priorities and customer needs to contribute to a dynamic work environment

• Experience or passion for retail or luxury goods industry to better understand customer expectations and product value
• Multilingual abilities to communicate with a diverse customer base
• Previous experience with inventory management and product knowledge; on-the-job training will be provided to enhance expertise
