Japanese Speaking Senior IT Officer (ID: 673824) - Toa Payoh

Our client, a well-known Japanese company is currently looking for an Senior IT Officer (Japanese speaking).

Responsibilities:

• Day to day desktop and office IT equipment support and helpdesk function
• Maintain IT environment in the office, liaise with Japanese speaking system vendor which provides IT infrastructure and communicate with HQ in Japan
• Office IT equipment inventory management
• IT related cost/budgeting
• Communicate with staff to identify system issues, assessment of those issues, and provide the solution/improvement proposal to the Management
• Plan and monitor the system project progress and liaise with IT department in HQ regularly
• Provide the periodical status report to the Management

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma with major in Information Technology, computer science, or related field
• Min 3 years of working experience in IT support/help desk and administration
• Proficiency in Japanese to liaise with Japanese speaking counterparts and vendors
