Performance Racquet Academy is proud to be Singapore's leading racquet-sports club — started off as Performance Pickleball, best known for our top-tier pickleball programs, expert coaching team, premium facility, and vibrant community. While pickleball is our core focus, we also run tennis and strength and conditioning programs at times, and may expand into padel in the future (though this is still unconfirmed).
As we continue to grow, we're looking to bring on more full-time coaches who can contribute to our vision and culture. We take tremendous pride in the quality of our coaching. Beyond technical skill or credentials, what matters just as much to us is character, attitude, and the ability to uplift the people around you.
We are a high-performance club, but also a community that lives and breathes racquet sports with passion, energy, and connection. We want coaches who not only understand the game deeply, but who can also connect with players, create a positive environment, and bring enthusiasm to every session.

What we offer For successful candidates joining us from overseas, we will sponsor and arrange the necessary work pass to legally work and live in Singapore.
Requirements A completed university degree (Bachelor's level or higher) is required for this role, in line with Singapore's work pass eligibility criteria.
