Field Executive (TNRM) (Contract position until 31 March 2026)

The Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA) is looking for a dynamic and committed individual to join our team as Trap-Neuter-Release-Manage (TNRM) Field Executive.

As a Field Executive, you will be part of an operations team managing a large scale dog sterilisation project, promoting high standards of animal welfare and providing excellent service to our clients. You will be well placed to make a difference for the animals by working on an impactful humane population management project.

• Managing dog trapping operations on the ground, ensuring trapping targets are met consistently
• Conducting field surveys and collecting data
• Supporting Deputy Director (TNRM) in mediating human-animal conflict cases
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders
• Ensure that high standards of animal welfare are maintained for all animals in the project

• Passion for animal welfare
• Animal handling experience
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Class 3 driving license, with at least two years driving experience
• Able to work shifts on weekdays (off on weekends)
• Mature and personable with strong interpersonal skills to work collaboratively
