About the Role:

We are seeking a Finance-focused Business Systems Analyst to bridge finance operations and IT systems. You will ensure smooth ERP and system integrations, support digital transformation initiatives, and enable Finance Ops to operate efficiently post-implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate finance and procurement requirements into clear functional and system specifications (Sage CRM, Sage 300, integrations)
• Document workflows, identify gaps, risks, and dependencies
• Support project delivery, timeline planning, and cross-functional coordination
• Manage data migration, validation, and reconciliation for finance and vendor data
• Coordinate UAT planning, issue tracking, and change impact assessments
• Act as liaison between Finance Ops, IT, Procurement, and stakeholders
• Ensure post-go-live stabilisation for seamless BAU operations

Requirements:

• Min 5 years’ experience in finance systems, ERP, or digital transformation
• Hands-on experience with ERP implementations or migrations (Sage, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
• Strong understanding of finance operations and transactional workflows
• Excellent business analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Able to thrive in fast-moving, cross-functional, and ambiguous environments

• Clean UAT sign-off and strong business confidence
• Smooth finance and procurement operations post-cutover
