IT Project Management Executive (PRIT) - Toa Payoh

• Assist the IT Manager in managing the IT project pipeline and ensuring SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) fulfillment.
• Participate in IT project planning by considering factors such as priority, difficulty, and availability.
• Review IT project and change requests, maintain the IT project master list, and periodically update and report on project accomplishments, progress, and status.
• Assign IT request references, review changes to business process flows, perform first-level IT risk and dependencies evaluation, and collaborate with requestors and the DevOps team.
• Support and collaborate with the 42Q support team to address new error types, facilitate knowledge transfer to the IT support team, and establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for handling common 42Q issues.
• Translate customer and internal business requirements into functional specifications and assist in solution development related to manufacturing and business systems.
• Report project and change management progress to business stakeholders, contribute to IT solution development, and support backup system development.
• Identify system gaps and dependencies through system analysis, assist in performing System Integration Testing (SIT), coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business owners, and ensure the quality of IT deliverables.
• Coordinate with HQ teams (SAP, B2B, GSCM, WMS, etc.) for root cause analysis of issues, conduct testing, and liaise with business teams to resolve concerns.
• Collaborate with support and development teams for root cause analysis and bug fixes.

Requirements:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in gathering user requirements, performing analysis, drafting functional specifications, and implementing IT systems. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.
• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as VB, .NET, or C# and an understanding of project management fundamentals.
• Relevant experience in the IT domain or manufacturing process background is preferred.
