What You'll Do:
Loyalty Product Support:
Assist in developing and enhancing digital loyalty products
Participate in change management, process refinement, compliance checks, and UI/UX review
Support user training and production rollout
Voucher Operations Management:
Manage digital voucher orders, fulfillment, and usage limits
Resolve day-to-day operational issues with accuracy and speed
Training & Process Improvement:
Develop training materials and lead refresher sessions for frontline and partner staff
Improve operational efficiency and stakeholder experience
Reporting & Reconciliation:
Generate and maintain accurate reports on voucher usage and reimbursements
Ensure data consistency and submission to stakeholders
Ongoing Support & User Management:
Handle user creation, editing, and access management on internal platforms
Support technical queries, reinstatements, and escalation handling
