As a Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Take part in the process of creating and executing a person-centered care delivery model.
• Nursing staff's training and development requirements.
• Assist in developing clinical service demands that are in line with the strategic directions of the company.
• Provid and oversee the pre and post-operative nursing care.
• Monitor and assess patient during surgical procedures.
• Check availability of supplies and anaesthetic drugs.
• Assist the anaesthetist with anaesthetic procedures.
• Perform anesthesia nursing care under supervision of surgeon in the absence of anaesthetist.
• Provide clinical leadership and manage teams to effectively accomplish set goals in collaboration with the management team.
• Work with the nursing management team to manage the nursing workforce, including hiring, developing, and evaluating employees, as well as promoting their well-being.

Requirements:

• Advanced Diploma in Peri-Operative is preferred
• Possess a Bachelor Degree in Nursing with valid SNB registration
