As a Pharmacist, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Deliver clinical services and support patient care.
- Ensure accurate, safe, and compliant dispensing of medications.
- Follow all clinical regulations, compliance standards, and operating procedures.
- Assist with daily pharmacy operations.
- Review and assess patients’ medication profiles.
- Maintain adequate medication stock within the pharmacy.
- Educate patients and caregivers on medication use and care.
- Dispense medications and provide clear instructions on proper usage.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Possess a Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy with a valid registration with Singapore Pharmacy Council.
