Job Summary:We’re seeking a skilled and motivated Field Service Engineer / Technician to join our dynamic team. You’ll be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting equipment at client sites, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, inspect, and repair mechanical and electrical systems
- Perform routine maintenance and emergency service calls
- Diagnose technical issues and provide effective solutions
- Document service reports and maintain accurate records
- Communicate with clients to explain repairs and preventive measures
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery
Requirements:
- NITEC / Diploma or higher in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in field service or technical support
- Computer literate
- Experience with PLC systems preferrable
- Possess own vehicle preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Fluency in English
