Clinic / Dental Receptionist #HYN - Geylang

About the role

We are seeking a Clinic / Dental Receptionist to join their team in the Central Region. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and administrative support to the clinic or dental practice.

1. Greeting and welcoming patients, clients, and visitors to the clinic or dental practice
2. Scheduling and managing appointments, maintaining the appointment calendar
3. Handling patient/client inquiries and providing information about services, policies, and procedures
4. Performing general office duties such as answering phone calls, taking messages, and filing
5. Maintaining a professional and organized front office environment
6. Assisting with patient/client registration and check-in/check-out processes
7. Ensuring the reception area is clean, tidy, and well-stocked with necessary supplies

1. Previous experience as a Receptionist, preferably in a medical or dental setting
2. Strong customer service skills and the ability to interact with patients, clients, and colleagues in a friendly and professional manner
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Proficient in using office equipment and computer software (e.g. Microsoft Office)
5. Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
6. Knowledge of medical or dental terminology is preferred
