Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support
  • Handle documentation, records management, data entry, and filing
  • Coordinate meetings, calendars, and internal communications
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, external agencies, and vendors
  • Assist in preparing reports, tracking updates, and project coordination
  • Support events, programmes, and engagement activities when required
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in any discipline
  • Candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Organised, meticulous, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and in a team environment
Additional Information
  • 5-day work week, office hours
  • Contract position with potential for extension or conversion
