Executive Assistant

The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative, operational, and strategic support to senior leadership. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Beyond traditional administrative duties, the EA will act as a key coordinator across teams, ensuring alignment, tracking key initiatives, and enabling leadership to operate efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support- Manage complex calendars, scheduling internal and external meetings across multiple stakeholders and time zones
- Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics
- Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and reports for meetings
- Screen and prioritize communications, including emails, calls, and correspondence
- Act as a gatekeeper while maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Support the planning, tracking, and execution of key strategic and operational initiatives
- Coordinate cross-functional projects between leadership and internal teams
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups to ensure accountability
- Assist in preparing project updates, dashboards, and status reports
- Identify inefficiencies and propose improvements to workflows and processes
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners on behalf of senior leadership
- Ensure clear and timely communication across departments
- Draft and edit communications, presentations, and internal announcements
- Support meeting facilitation, including agenda setting, minutes-taking, and follow-up actions
- Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality
- Exercise sound judgment in managing confidential matters and communications
- Oversee administrative processes and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Maintain organized records, files, and documentation
- Support ad-hoc tasks and special projects as required
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5–10+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-suite or senior leadership
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with high attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage projects and coordinate across teams
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity
- Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and collaboration platforms
- Ability to work independently and anticipate needs proactively
- Experience in a fast-paced or high-growth environment
- Exposure to business operations, finance, or strategy functions
- Experience supporting multiple senior stakeholders
