Senior Sales Engineer (Oil & Gas Seals)

• Location: Kallang

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and surpass sales targets and profitability goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to support existing business and drive new opportunities.
• Identify, assess, and pursue new business prospects.
• Respond promptly and efficiently to customer inquiries, providing technical support and resolving issues.
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
• Gather and provide timely market insights, customer trends, and relevant data to support marketing efforts.
• Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, engineering, and operations, to ensure seamless customer service and successful project execution.

• Min. Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or a related field).
• Min. 5 years of proven relevant sales experience.
• Strong understanding of the Oil & Gas industry, including its applications, market dynamics, and key players in Singapore.
• Experience in selling to Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of rubber/plastic products, seals, or bearings.
• Proficient in Mandarin & English to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers.
