We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and coordination support to the Executive Director and Chief Strategy Officer. The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing documentation, and supporting administrative and basic financial tasks.

Candidates with an accounting or finance background will be preferred, as the role may involve assisting with financial documentation, expense tracking, and coordination with the finance team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Executive Director and Chief Strategy Officer.
  • Manage and coordinate calendars, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
  • Record meeting minutes and follow up on action items where necessary.
  • Assist with internal and external communications on behalf of the executives.
  • Support preparation of reports, presentations, and strategic documentation.
  • Assist with basic finance-related administrative tasks such as expense documentation, invoice coordination, and financial record keeping.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
  • Maintain organized filing systems, records, and confidential documents.
  • Assist with the coordination of meetings, business visits, and company events when required.
  • Perform general administrative duties and other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of relevant administrative experience.
  • Accounting or finance background is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting senior management or executives.
  • Familiarity with basic accounting processes such as invoices, expense tracking, and financial documentation.
  • Experience working in a corporate or multinational environment.
