Warehouse Assistant - Jurong West

About the role

Heraeus Materials Singapore Pte Ltd, a leading global technology group, is seeking a motivated and organised Warehouse Assistant to join their team in the Pioneer Sector West Region. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient operations of the company's warehousing and distribution functions.

• Coordinate with shipping executive on the shipment arrangement
• In charge and helping outgoing shipment process such as packing, generating shipping document such as delivery note, packing list
• Prepare and top up such as carton box / ice pack after used for shipment
• Preparing chemical material to production / RDT
• Incoming materials receiving and break bulk
• Maintain safety practice and 5S as top priority during perform daily activities
• Perform SAP transaction on the daily activities

• Competent on the shipping process
• Good understanding of the packing request and customer requirement
• Ensure FIFO principal & 5S in place
• Places safety as first priority
• Warehouse knowledge, EHS, data entry management, dependability, deadline-oriented, time management
• O-level or whoever which is equivalent, warehouse operation certification
• 1 – 2 years experience
