Are you confident on the phone and looking for a flexible, part-time role? We're hiring a Telemarketer to help promote our services to businesses across Singapore.- Role Details:
- Schedule: 2 hours per day, 2 days per week
- Location: 100% Work from Home
- Compensation: Fixed hourly pay (Up to $20 per hour)
- Equipment: Company phone will be provided
- Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to SMEs and corporations in Singapore
- Promote group medical insurance plans professionally
- Engage with HR personnel, business owners, and decision-makers
- Gather relevant business information and qualify leads based on criteria
- Schedule appointments or follow-ups for our insurance consultant
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and outcomes in the CRM
- Requirements:
- Prior experience in telemarketing or customer service is a plus
- Comfortable using basic computer tools and CRM systems
- Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace at home
- Self-motivated and consistent in meeting call/lead targets
