Purchaser / Purchasing Executive (North East / UP $4000 ) - Bedok

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Purchaser to manage the procurement of goods and services, ensuring cost efficiency, quality, and timely delivery. The ideal candidate will coordinate with internal departments, evaluate supplier performance, and maintain optimal inventory levels.

• Manage the full procurement cycle from sourcing, quotation, PO issuance, to delivery coordination
• Evaluate and select vendors based on price, quality, and delivery timelines
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to ensure best value procurement
• Track purchase orders and ensure timely delivery to support business operations
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information
• Work closely with internal teams (planning, warehouse, finance) to align procurement needs
• Monitor stock levels and place orders to avoid shortages or overstocking
• Resolve issues related to delivery delays, product quality, or discrepancies
• Assist in vendor audits and performance reviews
• Support cost-saving initiatives and continuous improvement in procurement processes

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in purchasing/procurement
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of import/export procedures and vendor management is a plus
