Bukit Batok - Facilities Management Manager (Surbana Jurong Campus)
This role as Facilities Manager (FM) based at our Surbana Jurong (SJ) Campus is responsible for the management, planning and supervision of Integrated Facilities Management contract for the SJ Campus facility both indoor and outdoor, including soft services and hard services.
We seek a hands-on and experienced professional to manage the building, the relevant teams, and the assigned contractors. In this role, you will get exposure to the various levels of employees as this location also houses our company's senior executives.
Job Summary:
- To report to the Senior Facilities Manager overseeing the project account
- To manage cluster of properties with support from Engineers and operation staff
- To oversee trade teams and manage vendors including M&E, soft services, and fault reporting centre team
- To ensure smooth running of ground operations and required scope is diligently carried out in accordance to contractual obligations
- To maintain close communication with client by providing operational updates and attending of progress / monthly meetings
- To ensure that the monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets are achieved
- To implement and establish Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for site staff
- To control and monitor operational expenditure (OPEX) of the properties
- To develop and ensure technical service standard of site staff
- To work together with the appointed safety officer to implement safety and risk management procedure on site
Requirements:
- Diploma in Building Services or Facilities Management certifications with at least 10 years of experience
- Relevant experience in plant facility, building/property management operation & maintenance environment would be advantageous
- Highly self-motivated, work both independently and within a team and able to multi-task
