Job Description
About the Job:
- Lead and manage Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) across assigned contracts, ensuring compliance with MOM regulations and promoting a strong safety culture.
- Ensure compliance with WSH Act and MOM requirements.
- Maintain valid WSHO registration and oversee site WSHO appointments.
- Conduct and track mandatory safety training (e.g., first aid, annual safety refreshers).
- Lead risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations.
- Review and update SOPs, emergency plans, and safety documentation.
- Liaise with contractors, clients, and authorities on safety matters.
- Submit timely reports and maintain Health & Safety documentation.
About you:
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering or WSH with 4 to 5 years of relevant experience.
- MOM-registered WSHO.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and incident management.
