Shipping/Operations Executive (International FCL) - Up To $4,000 - WEST - Bukit Batok
- Location : West – Penjuru Road (Buses Available: 78 / 79)
- Working hours : Monday to Friday | 8.30am to 6pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4,000 + Annual Bonus + Annual Leaves + Medical Benefits
- Duration : Permanent
- Industry : Logistics Solutions / Freight Forwarding
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage customer inquiries, shipments, and bookings.
- Coordinate shipping operations, schedules, and contracts.
- Sourcing for carriers and rates.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
- Analyze shipping protocols and expenses to suggest improvements.
- Maintain records, prepare reports, and ensure billing accuracy.
- Manage inventory, perform stock control, and maintain warehouse organization.
- Ensure safety procedures are followed and assist with ad-hoc duties
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma Holder with at least 1 year of relevant experience in Freight forwarding /Shipping / Transportation industries.
- Able to work independently
