Job Description
As part of the Investor Relations team of CapitaLand Investment Limited, you will be involved in various projects including annual reports, preparation for financial results and business updates announcements, and investors’ events.
Responsibilities- Support regular deliverables such as quarterly financial reports, annual reports, stock market analysis, and financial marketing collaterals in a timely manner
- Assist in the preparation of investor profiles and presentation materials ahead of investor meetings and investor conferences
- Provide miscellaneous event-related support in all events organised by the Investor Relations department
- Assist the team in developing content for various internal materials including research, daily market updates, peer studies, and ad-hoc information requests from other departments
- Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
- Currently pursuing a Degree in Finance, Accountancy, or any other related disciplines
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Detail-oriented and meticulous
- Well-organised and able to multi-task and deliver work on time and accurately
- Possess a basic level understanding of real estate, finance and/or accounting
