Responsibilities- Lead supplier qualification, capability assessment, and selection to meet company quality standards.
- Conduct regular supplier audits and ensure timely closure of corrective actions (SCARs).
- Collaborate with commodity teams to develop and execute supplier and quality improvement strategies.
- Review and approve Supplier Change Notifications (SCB/PCN) and First Article Evaluations.
- Analyze supplier performance data and drive Quality Improvement Plans (QIP) for continuous improvement.
- At least 5 years of relevant Supplier Quality Engineering experience in the manufacturing industry.
- Proven experience in PCB manufacturing processes and quality control.
- Familiar with IPC-600 and IPC-610 standards; ability to interpret electronic schematic drawings is an advantage.
- Willing to travel overseas when required.
