Senior/ Finance Manager (Fundraising/ SGX)

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager/Financial Controller to oversee our financial operations and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management within an SGX-listed company, with a focus on compliance, financial reporting, and corporate governance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and reporting processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with SGX regulations.
• Manage SGX Catalist compliance and sponsor dealings.
• Prepare and ensure timely financial reports in accordance with IFRS/SFRS standards.
• Ensure adherence to corporate governance practices and maintain effective internal controls.
• Build and maintain relationships with auditors, regulators, and financial institutions.
• Proactively engage with stakeholders to manage financial operations and strategy.
• Develop strategies for financial growth, including managing capital structure and exploring financing options.
• Leverage strong banking relationships to effectively raise funds.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, ACCA, or equivalent certification.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably with exposure to SGX-listed companies.
• In-depth knowledge of corporate governance, financial regulations, and internal controls.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
