Salary range: SGD4,000-6,500

Our client is a Japanese banking company currently seeking an Assistant Relationship Manager (Fund Investment) to join their team.

【Responsibilities】

Support the Relationship Manager in building and maintaining strong relationships with fund managers and other limited partner investors, with a focus on private equity funds, including venture capital
Conduct market research and analysis in the alternative fund space
Evaluate and assess potential fund investment opportunities
Assist in preparing investment applications for submission to the Head Office, and coordinate with asset managers and relevant internal departments
Manage the fund investment deal closing process, including reviewing and handling documentation
Monitor the performance of invested funds and prepare regular performance updates
Explore and create business opportunities and potential collaborations with portfolio companies of the invested funds.

【 Requirements & Preferences 】

(Must)

Degree in Accountancy, Economics, Finance, Banking or Business Administration
Prior work experience in fund management or the financial sector
Strong analytical, presentation and negotiation skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

(Advantageous)

Familiarity with fund investment, particularly in private equity, is an advantage
