Overview

TEKsystems is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Operations / Business Support Analyst to support critical business and operational functions within a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role is ideal for a strong team player with a growth mindset, excellent reporting capabilities, and a keen interest in AI, automation, and continuous process improvement.

The successful candidate will support day-to-day business operations, management reporting, and stakeholder coordination, while contributing to initiatives that improve efficiency, governance, and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support a broad range of business operations and business management activities, adapting to evolving priorities.
  • Prepare, maintain, and enhance routine reporting, dashboards, and management information, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency.
  • Produce clear, concise, and executive-ready presentations and materials using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Analyze data to generate insights and support business recommendations and decision-making.
  • Assist with governance, control, and compliance routines to ensure consistency and accuracy of information.
  • Support workforce, resource, or operational tracking activities, including data maintenance and reporting.
  • Coordinate internal communications, meetings, and documentation as required.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders across multiple levels of the organization.
  • Collaborate closely with team members, providing coverage and support as needed.
  • Contribute ideas to improve processes, reporting, and ways of working, including the use of AI and automation tools.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; fresh graduates with strong potential and a learning mindset are welcome.
  • Strong team player with a positive, proactive, and growth-oriented mindset.
  • Fast learner with the ability to quickly understand business processes and adapt to change.
  • Experience with AI tools or automation concepts, or a strong interest in applying technology to improve processes.
  • Strong reporting and analytical skills, with solid proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
