Finance Analyst (6 months/ Beauty / Up to $7k) - Geylang

• My Client, a reputable MNC in the beauty industry is looking to hire a Finance Analyst to support the IT department on the cost management / projects across the APAC region
• Office hours: Monday - Friday
• Salary - Up to $7k! (Subjected to experience)
• 6 months contract
• Location: Central (Hybrid work arrangements)

The Talent:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting or equivalent
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial finance
• Strong knowledge of financial applications and reporting tools (such as SAP, excel, PowerBI)
• Action-driven and hands-on mentality with proactive "Can do" attitude.
• Result oriented, independent, agile and a strong team player.
• Able to multi-task and perform effectively under pressure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Commitment to high standards of integrity and business ethics

• Lead end-to-end budgeting and forecasting for IT costs across multiple regional markets, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business goals.
• Oversee monthly financial closing for IT spend (OPEX & CAPEX), including provisions, prepaids, goods receipts, and journal entries. Ensure data quality and compliance.
• Identify and monitor financial risks related to IT and project expenditures, providing timely mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with regional CIOs, CFOs, and controllers to present IT budget insights and drive informed decision-making.
• Prepare and communicate IT cost allocations by division, ensuring transparency and understanding across stakeholders.
• Manage IT cost planning and reporting within financial systems across monthly closings, trends, and budget cycles.
• Serve as the finance business partner for technology initiatives, evaluating business value, developing cost models, and optimizing resource allocation across the project portfolio.
